This is my version of an aggravation board. This particular board was custom made with custom colors rather then the standard red, green, blue and yellow. The colors are dark red, white, purple, and yellow. Ok so two colors are different. The colors are the school colors of the parents and of their kids. I just made a board for someone in Chicago that wanted blue and white for the Cubs and black and gray for the White Sox. So you can spice it up to be colors of your favorite teams or go with rivals. The wooden marbles are stained the same colors as holes in the board, I like to stain the holes vs. painting as painting can eventually peel. What makes this board stand out from standard boards is the self storing feature for the marbles and the dice in middle of the board.
The board is approx. 16" x 16" and 1-1/2 thick.
This game is very dear to my family. We grew up playing this game almost every evening during the winter. As we all grew up and got married, we would get together 2-3 times a year and spend hours playing. The first time I made this type of board is when my Mother passed away. I needed to do something to take my mind off of my Mom so I went down in my workshop and started cutting and drilling and came up with it. I gave that board to my Mom's brother and my Godfather and Uncle. I think we played 10 games of aggravation that day in memory of my Mom. I hope you give this game a try. If anything email me and ask me any questions you might have. I can custom make it to whatever you are looking for, within reason.
I can also wood burn your name or your 2 favorite teams names to personalize it. I use a wood burner because to me it is more rustic and authentic then using a laser engraver. That and I don't own a laser engraver... LOL

The board is in 2 pieces. When put together it measures approx. 16" x 16"x 1-1/2". There are 4 holes in the center to store your marbles and dice. In one half of the board I glued 2 carpenters biscuit the fit into the other half to keep it together when playing. The 4 standard colors are red, green, blue and yellow. But as long as the colors are not too crazy, I will do custom colors. I use stain, not paint so there are not as many color options.
